I'll listen to your needs, respond promptly, negotiate vigorously, and follow through efficiently in all the processes necessary to attain a successful closing.
Education and Training
I graduated from the University of Iowa, BA cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. My major in comparative religion has provided me with the knowledge and sensitivity to understand the specific concerns of the many religious and ethnic groups that enrich our region. Integrating my strength in utilizing technology with advanced training in corporate relocation and new homes administration along with continuing education in all areas of residential real estate enables me to help my clients at the highest professional level.
Awards and Designations
A Realtor Associate in both the National Association of Realtors and NJ REALTORS®, I have achieved lifetime membership in the NJ REALTORS® Distinguished Sales Club, denoting a minimum of ten years in the NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence. I belong to the multiple listing systems of Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, and Mercer counties.
Areas of Expertise
I have been bringing wonderful people to Central New Jersey for thirty-five years. Many of my clients have returned to me for their second and third homes and have referred their friends, family, and colleagues. Their trust in my knowledge, judgment, and caring impels me to continue my pursuit of excellence in serving them and also those who come to me through the Internet.
Community activist for 44 years: Human resources coordinator for Middlesex County League of Women Voters. Board of Housing Coalition of Middlesex County. Consultant to E. Brunswick Affordable Housing Commission. Currently on boards of E.B. Education Foundation, E. Brunswick Jewish Center, and Jewish Community Relations Council of Greater Middlesex County. For the Cancer Hope Network, I counsel women newly diagnosed with breast cancer.
Before becoming a real estate agent, I taught courses in ethics to teenagers. My husband and I are grateful that our three grown children are among my best students, internalizing the values I tried to teach. I miss my little granddaughters in Boston, so I am delighted when you bring your children along to look at houses.
